Statement of Purpose
Gaming at IU LTD will serve as an aide to Console and Computer Gaming Student Organizations at Indiana University Bloomington, other IU campuses, and general gaming efforts in the region. This support may entail domain registration, event registration, equipment rental and loans, financial support, and other services as requested.
Said corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including,for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
